Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of booking, during which guests may cancel for a full refund.

  • Following the cooling-off period, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due one month prior to arrival.

  • If your booking is made within one month of your stay, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.

2. General Terms

  • The lead guest must be aged 21 or over and take full responsibility for all members of the party.

  • Skylark House is a dog-friendly property – please inform us in advance if you're bringing a four-legged friend.

  • Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

By placing a booking with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, as a small, independent holiday home, cancellations can significantly impact us. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Less than 1 month before arrival: Unfortunately, no refund can be offered.
     

  • We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.
