1. Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cooling-off period:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of paying the deposit receive a full refund, regardless of the arrival date as long as booking has not commenced.

After the 48-hour cooling-off period:

More than 60 days before arrival:

Guests may cancel and forfeit only the 50% deposit (i.e., they do not owe the remaining 50% balance).

No additional payment is required; no refund is issued.

60 days or fewer before arrival:
-
The booking becomes fully non-refundable, and the guest is responsible for the full booking amount.

The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
2. General Terms

The lead guest must be aged 21 or over and take full responsibility for all members of the party.

Skylark House is a dog-friendly property – please inform us in advance if you're bringing a four-legged friend.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
