Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
     

  • Cooling-off period:

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of paying the deposit receive a full refund, regardless of the arrival date as long as booking has not commenced.
       

  • After the 48-hour cooling-off period:

    • More than 60 days before arrival:

    • Guests may cancel and forfeit only the 50% deposit (i.e., they do not owe the remaining 50% balance).

    • No additional payment is required; no refund is issued.
       

  • 60 days or fewer before arrival:

    • The booking becomes fully non-refundable, and the guest is responsible for the full booking amount.
       

  • The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

2. General Terms

  • The lead guest must be aged 21 or over and take full responsibility for all members of the party.

  • Skylark House is a dog-friendly property – please inform us in advance if you're bringing a four-legged friend.

  • Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
