1. Booking & Payment Terms

A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of booking, during which guests may cancel for a full refund.

Following the cooling-off period, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.

The remaining 50% balance is due one month prior to arrival.

If your booking is made within one month of your stay, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.
2. General Terms

The lead guest must be aged 21 or over and take full responsibility for all members of the party.

Skylark House is a dog-friendly property – please inform us in advance if you're bringing a four-legged friend.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
By placing a booking with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as a small, independent holiday home, cancellations can significantly impact us. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Less than 1 month before arrival: Unfortunately, no refund can be offered.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.
