Accessibility Statement for Skylark House
At Skylark House, we warmly welcome all guests and are committed to providing a relaxing and inclusive stay for everyone. We understand that accessibility needs vary, and while our property may not yet meet all accessibility standards, we strive to be as accommodating and transparent as possible.
Our Property
Skylark House is a stylish, two-storey holiday home located in Padstow, Cornwall. Due to the nature of the building, there are steps at the entrance and stairs inside the property, which may make access challenging for guests with limited mobility. We have a walk in shower upstairs.
What We Offer:
-
Clear and detailed descriptions of our layout and amenities
-
Responsive and supportive communication before and during your stay
-
Dog-friendly accommodation to welcome guests travelling with assistance animals
-
Quiet surroundings and blackout blinds to support sensory-friendly stays

You can reach us at [insert contact details] or via our contact form.
We’re always looking to improve, and your feedback is welcome.
We have a small parking space at the rear of the property (this will only fit a very small car such as a mini)
